You can always print a new return label from your Account page!
Steps for reprinting a shipping label:
- Log in and go to your My Totes page and select "Reprint my Return Label" from the MORE INFO menu in the top right-hand corner
- Click "OK" in the pop-up, and your new shipping label will appear
- Print and tape to any box or envelope that fits your tote and return to any blue mailbox or USPS location
At this time, reprinting a shipping label is unsupported on mobile and tablet devices. To properly access this feature, make sure you are using Google Chrome as your browser and a personal computer to log into your account.
