How can I reprint my return/shipping label?

You can always print a new return label from your Account page!

Steps for reprinting a shipping label:

1. Log in and go to your My Totes page and select "Reprint my Return Label" from the MORE INFO menu in the top right-hand corner 
2. Click "OK" in the pop-up, and your new shipping label will appear
3. Print and tape to any box or envelope that fits your tote and return to any blue mailbox or USPS location

At this time, reprinting a shipping label is unsupported on mobile and tablet devices. To properly access this feature, make sure you are using Google Chrome as your browser and a personal computer to log into your account.
