If I'm paying per hour, how do I measure the effectiveness of my assistant?
Great question!. Through time tracking software, we are able to maintain a high level of productivity by making sure your VA isn't browsing Facebook on your dime.
Will I get a dedicated assistant?
No, but you may request that a certain assistant work on your task and we will do our best to accommodate.
What happens if I can't reach my assistant?
Because we are don't use dedicated VA's, someone will be made available to pick up where the other left off, however it may take some time to find another assistant and get them up to speed on your project.
Can Veloce make purchases on my behalf?
No, but we're working on that!
How will I send my tasks?
Once a client, you will submit your tasks via email.
How will an assistant represent themselves on the phone?
We will introduce ourselves as your assistant, and that we are calling on your behalf.
Will I be able to monitor the progress of my projects?
You will receive an invite to our project management dashboard. From there, you can view what is being worked on and by who.
Are your assistants employees of Veloce?
Our assistants are freelancers (independent contractors).
